Location 
Property is located just off of highway 105 south of Boone, NC in Mill Ridge Resort. Mill Ridge was originally a ski resort, and the property was the original ski lodge.  Community amenities include a seasonal heated pool, tennis courts, club house, ponds, and private hiking trails. The community is surrounded by Pisgah National Forest, fronted by Watauga River, and is 3 minutes from the grandfather mountain profile trail.
